When and where do I collect?
On Wednesday 23 December, at the farm: Laburnum Farm, Laburnum Lane, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LE. We allocate collection times. When you order, you tell us whether morning, afternoon or any time suits you, and we match it where we can. We'll email your time in mid-December.
Can I change my collection time?
Yes, if another time has room. Open your order page from the link in your confirmation email and choose another time, or email us.
Can I collect on a different day?
Only by arrangement. Email us before you order.
What happens when I arrive?
Please arrive within your collection time. Drive into the farm and stay in your car. Our team will direct you to the drive-thru window. Show the QR code from your confirmation email, or give your order number, and pay the balance by card or cash.
What if I can't make my collection time?
Contact us as soon as you can. If your order isn't collected by the end of 23 December and we can't reach you, it counts as cancelled by you: a turkey deposit is kept and any other payment is refunded.
Do you deliver?
No. Every Christmas order is collected from the farm.
