Ordering

Choose what the products you would like. Tell us whether morning, afternoon or any time suits you, and place your order. We set it aside and you will pay the total balance when you collect on Wednesday 23 December. If you are ordering a turkey, we require a £20 deposit payable before Christmas - but we'll share more information on this in your confirmations.

There's nothing else required to be paid until you collect your order before Christmas, but you do have the option to make part-payments in advance if you want to!

It usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your junk or spam folder for an email from info@snoutwoodtrotters.co.uk. If it isn't there, email us with your name and we'll resend it.

No. Order as much or as little as you like.

Each pack lists its contents on its page, under What's in it. The contents are fixed, so items can't be swapped or taken out. Its estimate is the sum of what's in it, and the final price is worked out when everything is weighed and bagged.

Yes, items can be added to your existing order after it has been placed subject to the items being available. You will be able to do this using the link in your confirmation email.

You can add items to your order subject to availability. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please email us directly at info@snoutwoodtrotters.co.ul before Wednesday 16th December.

If you cancel, a turkey deposit is kept; anything else you've paid is refunded. The details are in our Refund and cancellation policy.
