Traditionally dry cured, just the way it should be for the best flavour and quality. We lightly coat the bacon in a layer of treacle to give a subtle sweetness to the end product. We use our very own Snoutwood Smokehouse to gently smoke the bacon over oak bisquettes to give a natural flavour.
