Local Raw Set Honey

Locally sourced, 100% raw natural honey. With nothing added, the honey's natural sugars set by winter. Still perfect in tea or coffee, spread on toast, or as a sugar alternative. Or why not use it as a glaze on one of our dry cured gammon joints?
