Oak Smoked Traditionally Dry Cured Gammon Joint

All of our gammon joints are traditionally dry cured, so you benefit from all of the flavour without any of the shrinkage! Comes boned and rolled. We use our very own Snoutwood smokehouse to smoke the gammon joint gently over oak bisquettes to give a natural and subtle flavour.
